Product use
ALOVEPAW treats are intended as occasional rewards and should not replace a complete diet. Always supervise your dog while treating and provide fresh water.
Orders
Orders are subject to product availability, delivery address eligibility, and successful payment confirmation.
Payments
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. An order is confirmed after payment is successfully completed.
Delivery
Delivery timelines, fees, free delivery thresholds, and tracking information are shown across the storefront and checkout where applicable.
Loyalty programme
Paw Pass rewards can be earned on eligible paid orders and redeemed at checkout when available. Expiry, minimum spend, and stacking rules are shown before checkout confirmation.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by applicable law, ALOVEPAW is not responsible for indirect losses connected to use of the site or products.
