We will make order issues right.
Because dog treats are edible products, returns are handled carefully for food safety. The live policy will be finalised before launch.
Damaged item
Send a photo of the damaged pouch and order number within 48 hours of delivery.
Wrong order
If the wrong treat arrives, contact us and keep the item sealed while we review.
Food safety
Opened edible items usually cannot be returned unless a quality issue is confirmed.
Refund process
- 1. Contact support with your order number and issue details.
- 2. Include photos for damaged, missing, or incorrect items.
- 3. We review the case and confirm a replacement, credit, or refund path.
